Email is usually the best way to submit requests, however phone calls, Zoom calls, text messages and other options may also be used.

Your information will always be secured. I am happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if that makes you more comfortable. If part of our agreement requires me to log in to your accounts, we will use LastPass to ensure that all your password information is protected.
All payments are made through PayPal. PayPal is preferred because of its security and flexibility.
NOTE: A PayPal account is NOT required to pay someone through PayPal

Hourly/Package Rates: Invoices are sent the first of each month for services provided in the previous month. Invoices are due upon receipt – with the exception of the first invoice. Your first invoice requires a 50% deposit based on the expected scope of work to be performed. The balance is sent the first of the following month.
Project Rate: 50% Deposit: Payment for 50% of the previously agreed upon Project Rate must be received before work begins. The balance is due upon completion of the project.
